The participation fee is indicated in the activity sheet. This fee may change in the event of unforeseen organizational needs. Transfers are at the participants’ expense, who can independently organize to share the travel and expenses.
Outings are carried out even in bad weather. The organization reserves the right to modify the hike to ensure the activity is conducted safely. In the event of cancellation, timely communication will be provided to the registered participants.
For day trips, the fee is fully refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity; for multi-day excursions, cancellation is possible up to 15 days before departure.
